At the heart of our operations is the Brush-Making Unit, equipped with high-quality stuffing machines powered by the latest technology. Supported by advanced 5-axis CNC machining capabilities, we are able to manufacture intricate brush designs in a single operation, enhancing production efficiency, precision, and overall customer satisfaction.

Complementing this is our Timber Sawmill and Carpentry Unit, where state-of-the-art woodworking machinery enables us to produce high-quality wooden brush backs. Our integrated operations encompass logging, sawmilling, carpentry, and in-house timber processing, ensuring a consistent supply of superior-quality wood while maintaining strict quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.

To further enhance product durability and performance, all timber undergoes a carefully controlled Wood Drying process. Using advanced drying chambers with regulated hot air circulation, temperature, and relative humidity, we reduce the wood's moisture content to the optimal level while preventing drying defects. This process ensures dimensional stability, strength, and long-lasting product quality.

Our manufacturing advantage is further strengthened by the strategic location of our factory. With convenient access to major highways and the Colombo Port, we can efficiently source both imported and locally available raw materials. Situated within Sri Lanka's renowned Coconut Triangle, we enjoy direct access to essential natural resources such as rubber timber and coconut fibre, enabling a dependable supply chain and uninterrupted production.
